Weekly Update: 11/24/19

Happy Thanksgiving week! I hope you have safe travels or enjoy some time at home with family and friends and indulge in all the best of Thanksgiving!

Skater Spotlight:

What an amazing weekend LCSC had at the Indiana Figure Skating Championships!

Congratulations to all our skaters and our coaches on winning the Bette Todd Team Challenge Trophy! This award goes to the club earning the most points!

Another Congratulations goes out to Senior Aysa Streeval for winning the Lupke Award for the top skater in the intermediate or higher level. She was also interviewed by Fox 59 News!

This is such a great accomplishment for LCSC and a positive step forward from the rocky start to the Club's reputation. Well done skaters!

Festival of Lights Parade:

Saturday December 7th - Festival of Lights Parade 6pm

We are excited to be participating in this year's parade! Please be sure to check the SignUp on how you can join! This is another great opportunity to promote LCSC and have fun during this annual Columbus tradition!

Costume Measurements:

Thank you to all who have been measured during the scheduled times last week and have paid for costumes! If you still need to be measured, please make arrangements with Kim Hampton, as well as place any payments in the locked LCSC mailbox, as costumes will be ordered as soon as possible in order to receive them in time for fittings/adjustments. By ordering early, we are able to get the best selection and appropriate number of costumes needed.

Enjoy this time with family and friends!

Monday December 9th - Monthly Board Meeting, 5:30pm at the rink.
