The week we've all been working up to is FINALLY here! It's Ice Show week!
Please continue reading to help fulfill all the final Show details and keep things running smoothly!
Ticket Sales:
There have been many requests for more tickets to sell and we are so excited to have a big crowd this weekend! Additional tickets will not be available until Tuesday, April 23rd as the paper tickets have been limited. If you would like to continue to sell tickets prior to Tuesday, don't forget, you will receive credit for all online ticket sales with your skater's name mentioned in the Message box! Click here to keep selling!
On-Ice Seating:
If you have not put in your request for the reserved On-Ice Seating for one Show, please let Devon Collins, Ice Show Chair know! Seating is limited, so please understand if you are unable to get your first request.
Ice Show Rehearsal Schedule/Costume Pick Up:
Please refer to this week's schedule so that you don't miss your Rehearsal!
All costumes should be picked up at the time of your skater's Rehearsal. In addition, ALL unsold tickets or ticket money MUST be turned in before skaters can receive their costumes! Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
Ice Show Photos:
Tami Mohs will be at the rink during all the Rehearsals! If you would like to get your skater's picture taken before the full Dress Rehearsal on Thursday, she will be available for photos in the Event Room on Tuesday and Wednesday during Costume Pick Up!
Volunteer SignUps:
Please refer to the Volunteer List in order to ensure you have/will be able to complete the 15-hour Volunteer Commitment for the Club year! There are still some volunteer opportunitues available this weekend! Click here to see how you can help!
Snack Donations:
We are looking for snack donations for the popular snack table during the Show! Please bring items in all week though Friday! We are asking for packaged/non-expired items such as crackers/Goldfish, fruit snacks, Teddy Grahams/cookies, Kool-Aid Koolers/CapriSun, candy/suckers/Nerds ropes, etc. These are a huge hit with Parks & Rec skaters! :)
Board Nominations:
This is your last chance to nominate next year's Board Members! All nominations will be accepted until this Thursday April 25th. Click here to submit your nominations!
End-of-Year Banquet:
Wednesday May 15th, 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Mark your calendars for our Annual End-of-Year Banquet! Please look for future info regarding RSVP from our Hospitality Chairs! We hope to see you there!
Last Quarter Dues:
Final Dues have been sent by our Treasurer, so please check your emails for an Invoice! Let us know if you have any questions! It's hard to believe the year is coming to an end!
