US Figure Skating Virtual Education Series:
The Executive Board is participating in an online education series through US Figure Skating over the next few weeks to continue to help our Board, coaches and members work better together and continue to grow! Some of the topics we'll cover are Building Relationships, Risk Management/SafeSport, Communication and Marketing. We are excited and eager to be a part of this learning opportunity and to apply this knowledge in the future with LCSC!
Reminders:
Monthly Board Meeting: Monday October 12th, 5:30pm at the rink. All members are welcome to attend.
Please look over the Agenda here about topics we plan to cover.
Quarterly Dues: Members should have received an invoice regarding their Quarterly Dues. Payments should be made by October 23rd. If you didn't receive an invoice, please let us know!
SafeSport: If any member is considering volunteering during LCSC events, such as the Ice Show or Competition in the Locker Rooms, SafeSport certification is required. All Board members and Committee Chairs are also required to complete the online SafeSport training. If you have any questions about how to complete SafeSport, please let us know!
LCSC Contracts/Agreements: Don't forget to complete the necessary forms and return to the LCSC Board or Martin mailbox. I have been out of town, but will be sure to check any new forms that have recently been submitted on Monday! I will reach out to any members who are still missing forms after that date! Thanks so much for your cooperation!
